Canterbury Wildlife Cruises, A 15 minute drive from the central city is beautiful Lyttelton Harbour, home to the rare Hectors Dolphin & other assorted marine life as well as some very interesting historical sites. <br><br>International Antarctic Centre, Christchurchs' 'must see' attraction. Situated in the heart of a working Antarctic campus the centre provides a mix of interactive & historical displays covering past, present & future work on the ice as well as flora, fauna & scenery. There is also a working snowmobile which has a its own custom built agility course for you to ride. 15-20 minutes from base
Christchurch Casino, NZ's first licensed casino is open 24 hours & offers over 500 gaming machines, 37 tables, three bars, two restaurants & a private gaming lounge. They will also teach you how to lose your money on the free demonstration table. Strict dress codes do apply.
