Cancellation Policy:
We reserve the right to take 100% of the cost of the first night of the booking or 50% of the overall booking, whichever is greater, should you fail to inform us of any cancellation at least 48 hours before your arrival date, or 50% of the first nights booking (25% of the overall booking, whichever is greater), should you fail to inform us of any change or cancellation within 7 days of the booking unless we are able to re-book the apartment. We will always try our best to re-book.
