Two bedroom villa,fully renovated,with mature landscaping and exotic plants & flowers, bougainvilleas, palm trees and wide range of birds. Villa carefully designed for quiet living, with exceptionally friendly atmosphere. Villas have equipped kitchen, separate dining room & living room, 2 bedrooms with 1 Queen size bed in each bedroom, 2 bathrooms,private outside terrace and private parking. This villa has a large fridge, stove, microwave, toaster oven, coffee machine and blender. Access to : laundry facility, common propane BBQue, pool, bus stop in front of property. Cable TV with many channels, ASDL (4 Meg) Internet fast speed Internet connection. Owners manage properties & speak English, French and a bit of Spanish. Restrictions: villas are strictly non-smoking and we do not accept children or pets on our property. Air Conditioning is included in our rates. Washer and Dryer are on site for our guests. Low Season (April 1st, 2012 to November 30th, 2012):
7 Days:$522; 14 Days: $966; 21 Days: $1,188; 28 to 31 Days: $1,298.
Rates for the High Season (December 1st 2012 to March 31st 2013):
7 Days: $600; 14 Days: $1,110; 21 Days: $1,365; 28 to 31 Nights $1,485:
The full amount of the rental accommodation is payable in US Dollars using Pay Pal, on the Internet. It is also payable entirely, at the time of the reservation with us.Please contact us for instructions on paying with Paypal.
Rates are based on 2 people occupying each villa. Additional guest(s) up to a maximum of two people, are charged at:
$15/per day (fee for one or two guests), only in High Season (December 1st 2012 to April 1st, 2013)
In Low Season, guests are free, up to 2 guests.
Maximum amount of people accepted in villa: 4.
All guests must register their names and addresses with us and pay for their entire accommodation prior to occupying the villa (in High Season). Guests have to do the same in (Low Season), even if their stay is free.

Our villa is located 5 minutes walk to the Playa Serena Beach,on the Pacific Ocean. There is a second walking beach, 10 minutes walk from our house you can walk to. We are about 30 minutes to the Santa Clara Beach which is superb and has a restaurant on the beach. We are about one mile 1/2 to two Supermarkets and Pharmacies, Hair and Nail Salons, Banks, stores, 2 Medium size Shopping Malls and a 3rd one to be completed in one or two months. Coronado has a dozen of different restaurants, and there are as many within 30 miles to Coronado. Other services are at the entrance of Coronado, It is possible to dance in a discotheque near the entrance of Coronado as well as 20 minutes away from Coronado. There is a lovely Bar/Restaurant where vacationers meet as well as Panamanian people under tropical music. You can play golf 10 minutes to our house during the week only or do horseback riding within 1 mile to our house. We are located 30 minutes driving to El Vallee, which has a craft, souvenir, fruit and vegetable market and many lovely restaurants. Coronado is about 1 hour and 15 minutes in bus to Albrook Mall and 2 other Malls which have more than 200 shops. The Bus Terminal is opposite to the Albrook Mall and from there you can grab a taxi to visit Panama City, the Panama Canal, the Amadore Peninsula, the Gamboa Forest, Casco Viejo with its Museum of History about the Panama Canal. Lot of interesting restaurants and shopping to do in Panama City. It is possible to engage a private driver at a small extra fee, to show you Panama city and its attractions or to bring you to the various malls for a day of shopping.

“We have just stayed at the beautiful Las Bougainvilleas in lovely Coronado, for 4 months from Dec. '08 to Apr '09. Richard and Lise Burkart who own Las Bougainvilleas are world travellers who try to make their guests feel at home. They offer good value at good prices right across the street from the ocean! We found their rental casitas through Richard Burkart's book "Retirement Planning for Offshore Living" and were delighted to see how well this Canadian couple had aclimated to this tropical paradise. We had everything we needed to make our long stay comfortable and safe. It allowed us to feel at home in Panama before we found our way around. We always looked forward coming back to a clean, bug free, well-run home to stay in and unwind. The beautiful pool was a place for late afternoon get-togethers with the other guests and the owners.
