In the unfortunate event that you must cancel you reservation, refunds will be made as follows:
* No Refunds if Cancellation is within 30 Days Prior to Date of Reservation
* 50% Refund of Rental Fees if Cancellation is within 60 Days Prior to Date of Reservation.
* 90% Refund of All Fees Paid if Cancellation is Made at Least 61 Days Prior to Reservation
Deposit Required for Beach House with Pool:
To secure a reservation after confirmation of availability, make a deposit of 50% of the rent via PayPal or bank deposit in Panama.The remaining rent is due in cash upon arrival. A damage deposit will also be due in cash upon arrival and will be returned at departure as long as there have been no damages.
