Each two-bedroom, one-bath cottage sleeps four people comfortably, and has its own front porch and rear patio. All the units share the spectacular double infinity pool and manned security gate.
In five short minutes you can walk to Malibu Beach and enjoy a swim. Gorgona is just 60 minutes from Panama City yet feels like a sleepy fishing village. You can easily reach the sights of Panama or simply relax in your vacation home.

Cancellation Policy for Beach Cottages with Pool:
In the unfortunate event that you must cancel you reservation, refunds will be made as follows:
* No Refunds if Cancellation is within 30 Days Prior to Date of Reservation
* 50% Refund of Rental Fees if Cancellation is within 60 Days Prior to Date of Reservation.
* 90% Refund of All Fees Paid if Cancellation is Made at Least 61 Days Prior to Reservation
Deposit Required for Beach Cottages with Pool:
To secure a reservation after confirmation of availability, make a deposit of 50% of the rent via PayPal or bank deposit in Panama.
The remaining rent is due in cash upon arrival.
A damage deposit will also be due in cash upon arrival and will be returned at departure as long as there have been no damages.
