Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation must be made at least 30 days prior to reservation for full refund of reservation fee less bank fees. cancellation of reservation less than 30 days is no refund. Our bookings are usually made more than 30 days in advance and we will most likely not be able to fill the dates. We do accept last minute bookings if available.
Deposit Required:
Deposit is 50% of rental fee. No reservations will be considered confirmed without fully paid deposit. We do accept credit cards for deposits however there is a 5% charge for this service. Currently the best and least costly way to make your deposit is by bank to bank transfer or western union to our property manager who owns a travel agency in the SOMA building and is 100% reliable. Full payment of rental must be paid in cash prior to check in. Thank you
