Our apartment is only 40 minutes drive from Faro airport in the upper part of Carvoeiro next to the Carvoeiro Clube de Tenis and is ideally situated for visiting the central Algarve and the excellent Golf courses nearby.
The Apartment is arranged over the ground floor level. It will sleep four/five people comfortably and offers the following accommodation Kitchen: Spacious, modern and fully equipped kitchen including Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Fridge/freezer, Microwave, Oven and Hob, Toaster and Kettle. Breakfast table and 4 stools. Childs Highchair. Living Area: The large living and dining area is comfortably furnished with 2 sofas (1 sofa bed), coffee table, dining table with seating for six, TV cabinet with Flat Screen TV and DVD/Video player and Music Centre for Radio and CD’s. There is a large buffet cabinet where you will find maps, books and games. This room has a fitted air conditioning and heating unit. There is also a log burning fireplace for the colder winter nights. Sliding doors with shutters lead onto the terrace which is furnished with a table and four chairs. There is access to the gardens and pool area from this terrace. Bedrooms: There are two twin bedded fully furnished bedrooms each having a large fitted wardrobe with shelves and generous hanging space. There are additional drawer units in both bedrooms. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom comprising bath with shower over, WC, Bidet and wash hand basin. The second bedroom is served by a separate shower room comprising corner shower, WC and wash hand basin. The bedrooms are situated to the rear and both have a wall mounted heater. Hair dryers are also provided. Travel cot available for infant. Roof Terrace: Access to the roof terrace is by way of the stairs next to the entrance door at the side of the building. There is a built in BBQ, table and four chairs, two sun loungers with cushions and a parasol and base. (In high season the sun loungers may be stored on the lower terrace for easier access to the pool area).Smoking: Whilst we do not permit smoking within the apartment ashtrays are provided for use on the terraces. From the terrace you have an open outlook towards the large shared swimming pool with separate children’s pool and poolside shower. The roof terrace has a built in BBQ and has fine sea views.
