Silves B&B with apartments for Rent

This stylish B&B with self catering apartments is restored from a traditional farm house. It is pleasantly situated near the River Arade and is a 15 minute drive from several main beaches, allowing you to submerge yourself in the beautiful natural surroundings.

Our B&B is located in an oasis of peace yet is near to everything that the Algarve has to offer. Quinta Tapada do Gramacho B&B has a large open garden, so you can view the whole valley. There are several terraces, a roof terrace, near the shared pool (10x5m), and a main terrace in front of the lounge. The pool is filled with water from our own well!

We have transformed an old Portuguese farm into a stylish guest house with 3 comfortable self catering apartments and 6 B&B suites. All B&B rooms and apartments have surprising funky topics, very comfortable box spring beds with high quality mattresses and luxurious bathrooms with showers. Some of the rooms have French balconies with beautiful views over the fields and the Arade river. Other rooms are situated at the gardens having a private entrance and terrace.

Children are most welcome and will enjoy spending time in the play garden and the pool. With just 6 rooms and 3 apartments, Quinta Tapada do Gramacho B&B will feel like an intimate home from home. For little children we have special beds available.

The accommodation is also perfect for groups un to 24 people. Ideal for Golf or business groups, families, courses, events, etc. The whole land house will be exclusively for you, including main kitchen, pool, BBQ place, terraces etc. We can arrange all kind of services and activities for your group.

The owners live in a private separate part of the complex.

Directions:
1. From the airport, take the A22 motorway towards Lagos and Portimão. From this A22 (or IC4) take the exit N124-1 direction Silves.
2. Once on the N124-1, before you have reached Silves, take the exit "Estaçao".
3. At the first roundabout, go right (the first exit).
4. At the second roundabout, go straight (1st exit) and direction Arrochela/Estombar.
5. You are now on a poorly paved road. At the moment the road surface changes nto a better quality and you see the lines on it, drive another 1.1 km before you see a STOP sign with 3 large stones below. (See next picture)
6. Go sharply right here and follow the dirt road.
7. After about 700m we will welcome you at Tapada do Gramacho!

B&B with apartments Rates: Nightly rates for two people in the B&B are 60-90 Euros.
Apartments weekly rates run from 400-750 Euros weekly.
Apartments are let for a minimum of 1 week. The renting period can end each day of the week.
Breakfast optional for €7,50 per person per day.
Childrens bed in the room: € 25,00 per stay. Reservation of baby chair is free.
Pirces in Euro's. Cleaning costs excluded. Included are daily clean towels and once per week bedding.
