Casa de Eiriz" is a XVII century rural manor house in the North of Portugal, halfway between the cities of Chaves and Vila Real. The house is set in approximately 50 acres of land, half of which are woods, which makes it a very relaxing environment. The spa town of Pedras Salgadas is just 3 km away. In the lawn there is also an ancient granite water reservoir where you can bathe. There are 5 rooms (2 double and 3 twins), all en-suite and individually decorated. The cosy lounge with a fire, a satellite TV and a pool table, and the large dining room are also for the guests' use.

Aguiar Castle is a singular Castle, dating from the IX or X century. There is only one entrance with six steps. If you climb some rocks you will get to the highest point from which you will be able to have a magnificent view over the Aguiar Valley and the Castelo village.
Termas (Spa resort) das Pedras Salgadas are located in a magnificent 40 ha park. This resort was founded in 1904 and its signs of age, progressively repaired, give a nostalgic atmosphere. There are beautiful fountains, bathhouses and an early 20th century casino.

Termas do Vidago (spa resort) are situated in a very beautiful tree-filled park. Opposite the entrance, the Palace-hotel's pink Art Deco façade is quite majestic and evokes the early 20th Century, and the refined atmosphere of the great era.
The Reservoir in the Alvão (Falperra) is one of the most enjoyable places in the municipality during the summer. It has some infrastructures such as toilets, barbecues, specific areas where you can swim and a bar.
