New, luxuriously furnished house in beautiful, rural position on the Isle of Coll in the unspoilt Hebrides. Short walk to big, sandy beaches and adjoining RSPB bird reserve created to protect the Corncrake, as well as many other rare species. Unlimited walking, unspoilt nature designated as a triple site of scientific interest, much rare marine life including Minke whale offshore.
Newly built and furnished, very spacious house on 1000 acre farm. Full oil central heating and well fitted kitchen. There is not much holiday accommodation available on the island so there are not many opportunities to come to this unspoilt place.

One of Scotland's Inner Hebrides, the island of Coll, 13 miles long and 3 miles wide in parts, is nowadays home to some 150 people. <br>Located to the north-west of the Isle of Mull, it is just north of neighbouring Tiree. Coll is rockier than Tiree and has more acid moorland. Whether you want to walk on deserted beaches, go bird-watching, cycling, camping or simply gaze upon the sea, Coll is an island where you get close to nature again. <br>The island was once home to Mairi Hedderwick, author of the children's books, Katie Morag. The fictional island of Struay is based on her experiences of living on Coll. Her daughter Tamara lives on the island and produces pottery <br>
