Cancellation Policy:
If the booking is cancelled within 6 weeks of arrival, the guest may lose their money, dependant on if the property can be filled, within the timescale.
Property Rental Deposit Required:
£150 must be paid when booking the cottage. Full payment must be recieved no later than 6 weeks prior to arrival. If booking within 6 weeks, full payment must be made when the booking is made.
A £100 security deposit must be paid on arrival at the property, to cover any damage, etc which may be caused during your stay. This will be returned to you when you depart from the property.
