Cancellation Policy:
If the booking is cancelled within 6 weeks of arrival, the guest may lose their money, dependant on whether the property can be filled.
Property Rental Deposit Required:
On booking the apartment, £150 must be paid. The outstanding balance must be paid at least 6 weeks prior to arrival.
On arrival at the apartment, a £100 security deposit must be paid, to cover any damage which may be caused. This deposit will be returned on your departure.
