Fenton House is a traditional Town House dating back to (1830) which is situated in the friendly town of Auchterarder. The house has been tastefully renovated to a very high standard, retaining all traditional features including a log burning stove in the kitchen and feature fire places in the lounge and all bedrooms. This enchanting house comes with all modern conveniences; central heating, colour television, DVD and stereo system, heated towels and bed linen are all included in the price. Private parking is also available. The accommodation comprises of entrance hall with small study, lounge/dining room, kitchen/utility room with dining area leading onto a patio/garden with a scenic view of the Ochil hills. On the upper floor the hallway leads to three bedrooms; one kingsize, one twin and one single and also a shower/bathroom.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation of your booking within 21 days of arrival will mean that you will be liable for the full costs of your visit, unless the property can be re-let for those dates booked. If we can re-let the cottage for any portion of your cancelled stay, we shall be pleased to refund the applicable portion, minus your deposit. For all other cancellations made out with the 21day period, an administrative sum of £20 only will be kept from the deposit.
Property Rental Deposit Required:
A confirmed booking will be made on receipt of a completed booking form and deposit to the value of 25% of the total rental due. The remainder of the balance due should be sent to M& R Giannandrea at the address above six weeks prior to arrival.
