Harkerville Forest Lodge is situated on the “Golden Mile” of the GARDEN ROUTE, 13 km from Plettenberg Bay, known as the French Riviera of South AfriSouth Africa and 20 km from Knysna - the capital of the timber industry of South AfriSouth Africa and the heart of the Garden Route. Follow the N2, take the Harkerville turn-off, and follow the signs for approximately 1 km. South AfriSouth Africa , especially the Garden Route is blessed with exceptional natural beauty, pristine coastlines, indigenous forest and sweeping mountain ranges and the Harkerville Forest Lodge is situated in the heart of all of this.
Forest Chalet:
A lovely furnished, fully equipped 2 bedrooms Chalet, Certain DSTV channels in Chalet, situated in a tranquil forest setting, 14km outside Plettenberg Bay, just 1 km off the N2. Secure on site safe parking. Outdoor deck, BBQ facilities, and hiking trails through the forest are on your doorstep.

Guest House:
In our Guest House we offer three double rooms, en-suite, Certain DSTV channels in rooms, with exclusive private entrances, BBQ facilities and on site safe parking. We also offer you one twin room and one triple room, with the use of their exclusive bathroom facilities to share.

Bunk House:
In our Bunk House we offer three four-bed, six five-bed, and two ten-bed dormitories, fully equipped with linen, leading off a central BBQ and conference/dining area, with seating for 60 people. NO kitchen available. All groups NOT enjoying our meals must bring ALL cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery that may be needed etc, whereas all groups that eat/dine with us, will be provided by crockery and cutlery. Outside there is a LAPA with BBQ facilities. Inside, we also have a male and female ablution facility with constant hot and cold showers. NB. All groups have to supply their own linen and cutlery.

Log Cabins:
Our two Log Cabins are situated on our southern boundary, sleep four persons per unit. The units consist of one double, and two single beds each, and they are en-suite, breakfast is included, unless otherwise specified.

Camping:
We offer 32 campsites with private ablutions.
