The Country House "Casa El Retiro" is a country house, built back in 1.822 and completely renovated. It has been renovated in such a manner as to preserve the idiosincracy and style of the time it was built: wooden-beams, walls 60 cm. thick, clay tiles on floors, etc. The house is equipped for 5 persons and has a living room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen with fire-place and old oven, as well as a lader.
The property is located in the well know area "Los Portales", within the municipality of Casa Bermeja, province of Málaga; 3 km away from the Natural Park "Los Montes de Málaga", sorrounded by autoctonous tree species and other type of fruit-trees. The property has a large terrace, sort of sun-deck and a watch-out point, and enjoys 10.000 m2 of land, containing the most beautiful mediterrenean flora, with trees over 100 years old. The place enjoys complete tranquillity and calmness, the only sound being bird's songs and the whistling of the wind.
Casa "El Retiro" is full equipped with washing machine and dryer, satellite TV, heating system, private swimming pool, chimney, oven and garden and terrace furniture.
