Finca Carrulo has under-floor eletric heating, an open traditional Andalucian fire-place and offers accommodation for six people. From the porch you enter a spacious lounge with fireplace as well as sat. T.V. This beautifully restored finca boasts 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is adjoined by a dining area and the outside terrace offers dining facilities where guests will enjoy spectactular and secluded views.
Terraces paved in natural stone surround the pool and barbeque area. Those who prefer visiting during the winter months will enjoy central heating throughout. This very comfortable Andalucian finca is ideal for those seeking a peaceful holiday in a secluded mountain setting. Finca Carrulo is set on a small hill from which one has truly spectacular views up to the Sierras and down to the Mediterranean including the bay of Torre del Mar and under the right weather conditions through to Malaga. The pool ( approx 7m x 3m) with its surrounding terraces makes an ideal place to relax during the hot days of summer.
The small white village of Cómpeta is at only 3,5 km distance. Since July 2009 the whole way to Finca Carrulo is over a tarmac road. Only the last 200-300 meters are quite steep. This part is, however also cemented and an ordinary car can be used without problems. Nervous drivers may feel happier in a four wheel drive.

Cancellation Policy for Pool Villa:
If you are compelled to cancel your rental in full or part, you should inform us by telephone, and then immediately confirm your cancellation in writing. You remain responsible for the total cancellation charge of the booking and all outstanding balances must be paid in full. A cancellation can only be accepted in writing from the lead member of the party. The cancellation will be effective from the date the letter or fax is received in our office. In the event of a cancellation of any part of the booking, the following cancellation charge will be payable (based on the total rental price):
More than 8 weeks before arrival: Applicable deposits only.
41 days – 8 weeks before arrival: 60% of rental cost.
29 – 40 days before arrival: 80% of rental cost.
1 – 28 days before arrival: 100% of rental cost
Deposit Required for Pool Villa:
A credit card number or cash must be given on arrival together with an authorisation to debit the card to cover any losses, breakage or damage caused to the property or contents during your stay and also the cost of extra cleaning if the property is left in an unreasonable state. Minor damage or breakage will not normally be charged for but you should replace any breakage prior to departure.
