Finca La Sierra is situated in the picturesque, mountain village of Cómpeta . It is set in the midst of beautiful pine trees and is quite isolated, making for a very peaceful and relaxing holiday. As an escape from the routine of everyday live it is perfect, located in one of the lovely National Parks of Spain, The views up to the Sierras and down to the coast are wonderful.
Finca la Sierra is a small and charming stone built property set in the National Park. An ideal romantic hideaway, it is furnished in rustic style and normally accommodates two people in one double bedroom but there is also a sofa bed in the living room which would sleep a child. Fitted kitchen and shower room complete the accommodation. Wooden ceiling beams add to the charm while, because of its setting complete privacy is ensured. A nature lovers paradise with small animals and pretty birds coming close to the house. Cooling down on a hot day in the swimming pool one can be assured of privacy as it is not overlooked by anything. The gravel road about 30 metres distance which leads into the National Park is only used by ramblers or the forest ranger. Panoramic views can be enjoyed over the Axarquia can be enjoyed from this unique property.
Although in a rural setting it is possible to walk to the village of Cómpeta in around 20 minutes but remember coming home is uphill.

Cancellation Policy:
CANCELLATION BY YOU. If you are compelled to cancel your rental in full or part, you should inform us by telephone, and then immediately confirm your cancellation in writing. You remain responsible for the total cancellation charge of the booking and all outstanding balances must be paid in full. A cancellation can only be accepted in writing from the lead member of the party. The cancellation will be effective from the date the letter or fax is received in our office. In the event of a cancellation of any part of the booking, the following cancellation charge will be payable (based on the total rental price):
More than 8 weeks before arrival: Applicable deposits only.
41 days – 8 weeks before arrival: 60% of rental cost.
29 – 40 days before arrival: 80% of rental cost.
1 – 28 days before arrival: 100% of rental cost
Deposit Required:
SECURITY DEPOSIT. A credit card number must be given on arrival together with an authorisation to debit the card to cover any losses, breakage or damage caused to the property or contents during your stay and also the cost of extra cleaning if the property is left in an unreasonable state. Minor damage or breakage will not normally be charged for but you should replace any breakage prior to departure.
