Our beautiful Duquesa Villa at La Paloma represents the highest standards in luxury holiday accomodation. With spectacular scenic views and high specification of furnishing and equipment, the Villa offers an unbeatable combination of beauty,luxury and privacy. The Villa sleeps ten people, has its own private pool and jacquzzi with views to Gibraltar and Morroco to the south and has views up the bay to Marbella.
Entrance to the Villa is via a bridge at the front of the house through a stunning front entrance, into a hall which has a vaulted cieling and glass sided bridge crossing to the Master Bedroom.
The Villa sleeps up to 10 people ( 12 if you use the study as a sixth bedroom )It's beuatiful gardens are home to a large infinity pool and large heated sunken jacquzzi.
The Master Bedroom has ensuite bathroom with walk in wardrobes and private terraces overlooking the shimmering mediteranean with southern views to Gibraltar and Morroco, to the North Marbella lies on the bay in the distance.
There are four further bedrooms on the ground floor, all ensuite with terraces. One bedroom also is equipped as a home cinema if this is your preference.
The main living area comprises of a TV lounge, a seperate lounge area, and a dining area, all tastefully furnished to the highest levels. There is also a large private study equipped with large desk and large leather captain´s chair.
Kitchen is fully fitted with new appliances, and enjoys a breakfast bar and an outside breakfasting terrace.
Needless to say throughout the building the decor and art is exceptional, giving a true feeling of comfort and stylish luxury.
La Paloma is a gated urbanisation five minutes drive from Puerto De La Duquesa to the North and five minutes into Sotogrande to the south. Puerto Banus and Marbella are 25 minutes away, whilst Gibraltar is 20 minutes drive.
There are beautiful deserted beaches and typical Spanish Chiriguitos on the coastlines all around La Paloma.

The beaches are just a 5-minute walk away, you can take a stroll down the beach to the Chiringitos that serve mouth-watering seafood. Duquesa Marina is a further few minutes drive along the the sea front offering an exceptional variety of restaurants, bars and cafes. A further five minutes walking takes you to the beach promenade of Sabinillas, filled with restaurants and tapas bars. Sabinillas is a vibrant and friendly place, giving visitors a taste of the real Spain.
The Duquesa area is commonly known as the new golden mile, and is favoured because of it’s mild climate and easy access to several nearby places to visit.
