The rural house Andalusian and apartments "Cortijo of the North" are located in a privileged enclave near the pueblecito of Cónchar, in Granada, enjoying one of the more beautiful natural viewpoints of the Valley of Lecrín. From their different located terraces from different levels ample landscapes can be observed that go from summits snow-covered of Sierra Nevada to the exuberante and green valley of the Dúrcal river where they predominate naranjos and shaft as well as a precious one, calm and colorful town with their white streets and their genuine flavor Andalusian.
The "Cortijo of the North" consists of two buildings differentiated clearly, although totally integrated in the surroundings, being one of them of year 1840 and recovered with the maximum respect by the tradition maintaining the aged flavor of the Andalusian cortijos without resigning to the comfort of the present time. The other house is a building with three apartments of recent construction and inspired by the Arab traditional architecture, style very rooted in Andalusia and constructed with concerned materials of Morocco that mixed harmoniously with the tradition Andalusian have formed a perfect symbiosis between beauty and comfort.
The place is ideal for the senderismo, enjoying one of the footpaths more appreciated of the province by the fans and another brief excursion it leads us to colorful cascada.(Disponemos of expert great guide of the footpaths of the zone and of Sierra Nevada).
A sport track also exists outdoors where gratuitously young and adult sports like tennis, handball, basketball or similars practice. Also the house has two swimming pools, for greater and young respectively. The parking becomes in the same enclosure without problems.
