The Villa Rosa is situated approx 5 km from Cómpeta and approx 30 minutes from the nearest beach in Torrox Costa. The house was built at the end of 2001 and can accommodate a maximum of 4 persons.
In a peaceful setting and having central heating Villa Rosa can be used in summer and in the cooler months. This pretty property is situated in the countryside near to Competa. The house is set in approx 5000 sqm of land and has a lovely kidney shaped pool. From the spacious terrace, as well as from the pool area, one can see down to the Mediterranean and on a clear day across to the coast of Africa.
The interior of this property is beautifully furnished and decorated. A large and confortable living / dinning room with open fireplace, fully fitted kitchen, 2 twin bedrooms, 1 bathroom (with a bath and a shwower) and 1 guest toilet complete this lovely villa.
In front of the house there is sufficient space for car parking.The nearest village is Cómpeta (approx. 4,5 km) which is approx 15 minutes drive and has sufficient shops, bakeries etc to purchase all necessities. The most of the road is tarmac with only 400 m. being a dirt track. An ordinary car can be used without problems.

Minimum rental period 2 nights, except from 01.06.10—15.10.10 Christmas, Easter and high season. During the afore mentioned periods the minimum rental period is 1 week.

Cancellation Policy:
CANCELLATION BY YOU. If you are compelled to cancel your rental in full or part, you should inform us by telephone, and then immediately confirm your cancellation in writing. You remain responsible for the total cancellation charge of the booking and all outstanding balances must be paid in full. A cancellation can only be accepted in writing from the lead member of the party. The cancellation will be effective from the date the letter or fax is received in our office. In the event of a cancellation of any part of the booking, the following cancellation charge will be payable (based on the total rental price):
More than 8 weeks before arrival: Applicable deposits only.
41 days – 8 weeks before arrival: 60% of rental cost.
29 – 40 days before arrival: 80% of rental cost.
1 – 28 days before arrival: 100% of rental cost
Deposit Required:
SECURITY DEPOSIT. A credit card number must be given on arrival together with an authorisation to debit the card to cover any losses, breakage or damage caused to the property or contents during your stay and also the cost of extra cleaning if the property is left in an unreasonable state. Minor damage or breakage will not normally be charged for but you should replace any breakage prior to departure.
