ACCOMODATION
Situated on a plot of 2,000 sq metres, and having a build size of 600 metres, this enormous villa is ideal for all types of holiday makers, large groups of friends or families. Being on one level this villa is also suitable even for the elderly, infirm, and disabled. The villa consists of 9 double bedrooms – 2 of the bedrooms sleep 3 – making a total of 20 potential gusts at any one time. It has 6 bathrooms, 4 of which are ensuite (Two with a shower, and 4 with baths and shower) and there is also a separate cloakroom.
LOUNGE AND DINING
This villa has an enormous interior lounge area, with large flat screen TV, and a second lounge area on the covered terrace also with flat screen TV. The interior lounge features an open plan well stocked bar and leads to the main breakfast and dining area which seats 20. There is a second “posh” dining area seating a further 10. On the covered terrace which overlooks the pool and garden there is a third dining table which seats 18. So dining en mass inside or out is offered.
KITCHEN
The fabulous designer cream kitchen has tons of storage, all the latest mod cons, a stainless steel American fridge freezer, a centre island with gas hob and stainless steel feature extractor, a designer pull out oven, granite worktops and a large walk in cupboard with second American fridge freezer and lots more storage. It leads out to a utility room with washing machine and dryer.
COVERED TERRACE
The large covered terrace has a pool table, a second bar area with bar stools, a games table complete with many board games, a large dining table and chairs, and a lounge area with flat screen TV. It has panoramic views of the garden and pool.
GARDEN & FEATURE ITEMS
The large landscaped garden has a further 2 uncovered terraces, one designed around the pool which is dedicated to sunbathing, and a further one outside the kitchen which has a further sundeck and a table tennis table. A feature path leads out to the covered exterior BBQ kitchen / Bar which is kitted out with oven, hob, sink, fridge freezer, BBQ and designer storage units. Behind large exotic plants in one corner of the garden is a feature Jacuzzi house which contains an illuminated Jacuzzi and is the perfect place to relax. It seats up to 7 persons at one time. Next to the pool terrace is also a dip pool which is ideal for children to splash around in and is also deep enough and an ideal place for adults to sit in and cool down, and watch the last rays of sunshine. Leading from the covered parking bay which can house 4 cars is the converted garage. This is now converted into a well equipped gym with all the equipment you could need to burn off all those extra holiday inches, and a cinemas screen room for the less energetic. The landscaped garden features many flower borders with palm trees and exotic plants. At the back of the villa you will find a selection of fruit trees, and a second garden area which is great for kids to run around in and explore.
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
There are 9 conventional bedrooms, 4 of which have ensuites. These comfortably sleep 20. The Master bedroom is a work of art with Zebra print furniture and a huge Queen size bed. It has a separate dressing room and the ensuite has a designer shower, a huge circular Jacuzzi bath, bidet, sink and WC. All the bedrooms are double with quality furnishings and furniture.
LOCATION
This fabulous villa is only a 10 minute walk to an array of shops and restaurants, or a 15 minute walk to the beautiful sandy beaches of Marbella’s extensive Golden Mile. Marbella central and Puerto Banus are only 5 minutes by car in either direction. It is also possible to walk to Puerto Banus along the Paseo, passing by an extensive array of beach bars and chiringitoes, play areas for children, water sports and beautiful beaches, until you reach the exclusive Puerto Banus. In the opposite direction towards Marbella, you will find more of the same as well as shops and market stalls until you enter Marbella port, and can then even explore the Old Town and the famous Orange Square.
LOCAL AMMENITIES
Just 10 minutes walk will bring you to the main road into Marbella, where you will find an array of fabulous restaurants (including several offering buffet or 3 course lunches for less than 10 Euros) supermarkets, banks, shops, video / DVD hire and so much more. The villa is ideally situated close to the N340 which leads directly to Malaga or Gibraltar, and the fabulous La Cananda covered shopping centre with hundreds of shops, restaurants, a bowling alley and even a cinema is only 5 minutes by car.

Villa Candelaria is located in one of the most prestigious residential areas in the Costa del Sol. Just a few minutes drive gives you access to the N340 Carreterra which turning right takes you directly into the famous Port of Puerto Banus, or left into the huge expanse of Marbella Town or the enormous shopping village known as La Canada (pronounced La Canyada). Any of these are accessible by car in minutes, and in addition - aprox 10 minutes walk - is a great supply of local amenities – all you could need for a convenient and enjoyable holiday.
PUERTO BANUS (5 minutes by car / taxi)
With its huge array of speed boats and floating mansions, Puerto Banus has been the playground to the rich and famous for decades. All around the port are designer shops, market stalls, restaurant, bars and nightclubs, more than you could ever visit in one week. There are many practical shops, banks, department stores, supermarkets also and taxi ranks everywhere – running all night. This is the place to go to people watch during the day from one of the many cafes, bars or restaurants, or to party all night in style. You will not find a more condensed variety of nightlife anywhere better in the Costa del Sol, and the piano bars are a must to visit!
MARBELLA TOWN (5 minutes by car / taxi)
Marbella also has a small port; nothing in size compared to Puerto Banus, but offers a quieter setting for you port lunch, café con leche or Sangria. Marbella town itself is substantial; and the main or side streets are well worth exploring, especially the very quant Orange Square. The paseo (promenade) is a delight to stroll along with all its beach bars, restaurants shops and market stalls. You will be totally spoilt for choice of places to take lunch or dinner and the shops vary from bargain bucket to exclusive designer. The beaches themselves are packed with golden sand, Chiringitoes, water sports and great play areas for kids. Taxi ranks abide – so no problem getting back to your villa.
