This exclusive well appointed villa overlooks the Mediterranean and the beautiful nearby town of Mijas. On a clear day, you can see the mountains of Africa! The property benefits from the exclusivity given by the security gates at the entrance to the development complex and is flanked by other villas. Mijas is 5 mins by car, Fuengirola and the beach are 10 mins by car and Marbella 20 mins. The nearest international airport is Malaga (10 miles).
There are three bedrooms which can sleep up to seven people (possible 8th on sofa in lounge!), two bathrooms (one en-suite), an American kitchen with utility room and a large lounge which offers panoramic views of the breathtaking scenery overlooking the Mediterranean Sea towards Gibraltar. It has satellite TV, video, CD player and a radio/cassette player. Externally there is a broad terrace with a large pool set in private gardens featuring a BBQ, outside dining area, large roof terrace (all with fabulous views) and car port.
