This charming villa is situated in a quiet residential street yet minutes walk from the famous port of Puerto Banus, and its fabulous beaches, nightlife, restaurants and designer shops in abundance. With 3 large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 2 ensuite, a private pool, sauna and huge terraces with fantastic views, this lovely villa has all you could wish for that perfect holiday.
The villa is comfortable, sleeps six, with two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom.
All mod cons are provided in the kitchen including a washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. There are two TVs, two stereo systems, two video players and one DVD player. A variety of DVDs and Videos are provided – especially for children.

There is a sauna, a private pool, private secured parking and an enormous roof terrace with water fountain and barbeque (with spectacular sunsets and views) There is even a kid’s play area in the front terrace, and tons of toys, books and videos supplied.

The villa also boasts full air conditioning/ heating, and an open fire in the living room. There are two indoor and two outdoor dining areas, an indoor and outdoor lounge, two sunbathing areas, one on the huge roof terrace, and one by the pool.

I provide towels, bed linen, and a cleaner every 7 days, and am on site 24 / 7 if you need anything extra.

I have already had many visitors return after their first holiday here, and I would say that the villa really is a “home from home” where you have all the night life and entertainment on your doorstep if you want it, and if you just want to “chill” – a perfect place to relax and take in the sun.
