2 Km from the beautiful market town of Aracena, down a lovely country track lies 'Finca Espiridion'. A 220m2 farmhouse set in an 18 Acre organic farm. The Aracena farmhouse has been carefully resored, with dark chestnut beams, wooden ceilings and terracotta tiled floors.
The very large living room has an open fireplace with comfortable sofa and armchairs. Old farm implements, pictures and well stocked bookshelves make this a very attractive room. Small cloakroom.
The well equipped large kitchen/dining room open through double doors to a railed terrace set amongst olive trees, a perfect place to breakfast. Three spacious bedrooms, two double, one twin. Two bathrooms, one with bath and shower over it, the other a walk-in shower.
The house is centrally heated, and has instant hot water. Outside is the pool (8m x 3,5m) surrounded by a large terrace, with stunning views.
