Surrounded by an attactive Mediterraean garden (2000 sqm) with palm trees, oleander, bougainvillea, pond and a lovely floodlit swimming pool this unusual and tastefully furnished L-shaped property, which consists of a main house (150 sqm, sleeps 4) and adjoining tower (50 sqm, sleeps 2-3), is ideally suited to a group of friends holidaying together or a big family seeking their own space and a little independence.
Two double-bedrooms and both bathrooms are on the groundfloor.
Bedroom Nr. 3 is situated in the first floor of the tower (reachable by a romantically illuminated outdoor staircaise); there is no bathroom upstairs.
A small part of the villa with separate entrance is used by the owner with her lovely, clean and very well educated and behaving little dog.
Garden, patio, pool and terraces are for exclusive use of the house guests.
