Club Vista Serena is situated around a heated swimming pool, where colorful walkways lead you amongst the forty-eight apartments. Each painted in pastel colors with wood finish. Interesting corners and alcoves plus a host of flowers make a casual stroll around a peaceful and relaxing resort a true pleasure.
Our self-catering apartments lead off a private terrace into a comfortable living area, which is decorated in matching colors. Designed to make your stay comfortable and carefree, each apartment has everything you need. One bedroom, with a double bed and a pull out sofa bed in the living room allows a cozy stay for up to four people. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you will need in order to get the most out of these apartments. We know you are coming to enjoy the sunshine and the heat, we have installed air conditioning in all the bed rooms, so you can have a refreshing nights sleep: this service is optional.
The pool area is undeniably the heart of the resort. People gather here to mingle, relax, and sunbath. Comfortable sun beds surround the heated swimming pool and parasols are available for everyone. There is a separate pool just for children.

If you need anything while on your holidays that you do not have available in the apartments, we have items available for your use free of charge. These include items such as, latex mattresses, feather/latex pillows, parasols, sandwich toaster, DVD films, cots, baby high chairs, etc.<br><br>

Maspalomas boasts many attractions. Family attractions include a water park "Aquasur", Palmitos Park (a sub-tropical oasis) and Sioux City (a recreation of the wild west). There is an 18 hole golf course, in Campo de Golf, water sports, go carting, horse riding and many many more things to do.<br>Nearby you can find the famous Maspalomas beach, with its magnificent sand dunes.<br>Just at 10-15 minutes walk, is the Faro 2 Shopping Centre, with a wide range of restaurants, shops and amusements. Or if you fancy a bit of a barter, the place to be is the local market, held on Saturdays and Wednesdays<br>

For cancellations up to 2 weeks before arrival, the 30% deposit is not refundable. For cancellations made a month before arrival, 25% of the 30% deposit is refundable. For cancellations more than a month before arrival, you are entitled to a full refund.
