Villa in Playa Blanca, Lanzarote, Canary Islands: This delightful, new semi-detached villa with private heated pool, is situated in the Costa Papagayo area of Playa Blanca. It is a 20 minutes walk to Dorada Beach and local amenities, including supermarkets, shops and restaurants.
The Costa Papagayo villa is furnished to a high standard. There are 2 bedrooms, the master bedroom is ensuite with a double bed the doors leading to the pool area. The second bedroom has twin beds, and both bedrooms have ample wardrobe space. A comfortable double sofa bed is located in the living room for additional sleeping capacity should it be required. The family bathroom is with shower, toilet and basin set in a marble top. The ensuite bathroom has a bath/shower, toilet and double basins set in marble top. The kitchen is well equipped with all modern conveniences. Leading out of the kitchen is a utility area where the washing machine is located. The living/dining area is light and spacious. The furnishings consist of two sofas (one being a sofa bed)

Cancellation Policy for Villa Holidays :
If payment is not received on time, we would endeavour to contact the party leader to confirm that the payment would be sent without further delay, however if payment was still not forthcoming within 7 days of the due by date, or it was indicated that payment would not be forthcoming, we would have no alternative, and shall be entitled to cancel the booking and retain the deposit without notice. The code to the key safe will only be issued on payment in full. <br><br>
Deposit Required for Villa Holidays :
Once booking is confirmed a 25% deposit is required immediately and the remainder of the balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival. If booking is made within 8 weeks full balance is due at time of booking. Payment is to be made directly by electronic transfer into the bank account as specified by us. The cost of the transfer is for your account.<br><br>
