Big and spacious apartment in Barcelona,160 m2, has been renewed, refurbished and decorated with stylish comfortable and modern furniture, in a building from 1856, on a third floor without elevator.
A nice spacious livingroom with a double sofa bed and two exterior balcony doors.
A large comfortable kitchen/dining area with table for up to twelve people.
Three bedrooms with double beds and closets, one with an additional double sofa bed.
One sleeping area with a double bed and lots of closet space and large card table/writing area.
Three complete bathrooms with bathtubs or/and shower.
Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, electric counter top stove, microwave oven, toaster, juice squeezer, coffee and tea pots, electric kettle, and all necessary equipment for cooking.
Double glazing and special laminated silence glass in windows.

Cancellation Policy:
The 30% pre-payment is not refundable under any circumstances. <br>If the client cancels or changes the booking between 31 and 60 days before the beginning of the rental period there is a cancellation charge of 75% of the total amount of the reservation of the apartment. If the client cancels or changes the booking between 0 and 30 days before the beginning of the rental period there is a cancellation charge of 100% of the total amount of the reservation of the apartment.
No Show:
- If the client does not arrive at all, his credit card will be charged for the remaining amount of the booking, resulting in the full amount for the reservation being paid.
- It is strongly recommended that clients purchase trip cancellation insurance. - Any cancellation, including force majeure, will be subject to our aforementioned clear and simple cancellation policy.
Pre-payment: is necessary to confirm a reservation. A minimum of 30% of the Total to Pay is required within a maximum of 24 hours from the making of the pre-reservation. If not received within this time the pre-reservation is automatically cancelled.
Property Rental Deposit Required:
Breakage or damaged deposit: on arrival there is an obligatory 300 euros deposit, required in CASH. If all goes well and there is no breakage or damage in the apartment, this deposit will be returned in CASH upon check-out.
