This is a unique 2 bedroom apartment overlooking the historic square Plaza Academia in the fashionable central Borne area of Barcelona.
The flat has been recently fully renovated to the highest standards, conserving all the original features and providing all modern comforts. The accommodation is a convenient first floor 60m² apartment situated between two squares so there is no traffic noise but it nevertheless enjoys a central location right next to the popular El Borne neighbourhood with its art galleries, cafés and craft shops plus many museums and historic buildings. Reach the Picasso museum, the Ciutadella Park or the medieval Santa Maria de Mar church in minutes.
The area attracts artists and many events like open air concerts, markets etc. Plaza San Agusti Vell is listed in Time Out for its quirky eateries Bar Mundial and El Economico. It is within walking distance of the Ramblas but conserves its own strong neighbourhood character.

Additional cleaning can be arranged on request for reservations longer than 3 days. If the flat is left in an especially dirty condition we reserve the right to make a deduction from the deposit. Children are welcome. Cots and high chairs can be provided at free of charge.

Cancellation Policy:
A full refund except deposit charge will be made for all cancellations up to 4 weeks of departure.
Property Rental Deposit Required:
A security deposit cheque of 160 Euros ( 100GBP or 200USD) is required to cover possible damages. Once the rental period is over and the flat is left in correct condition the cheque will be destroyed.
