Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation Policy: The 30% pre-payment is not refundable under any circumstances. If the client cancels or changes the booking between 31 and 60 days before the beginning of the rental period there is a cancellation charge of 75% of the total amount of the reservation of the apartment. If the client cancels or changes the booking between 0 and 30 days before the beginning of the rental period there is a cancellation charge of 100% of the total amount of the reservation of the apartment. No Show:- If the client does not arrive at all, his credit card will be charged for the remaining amount of the booking, resulting in the full amount for the reservation being paid. -It is strongly recommended that clients purchase trip cancellation insurance. - Any cancellation, including force majeure, will be subject to our aforementioned clear and simple cancellation policy.
Pre-payment: is necessary to confirm a reservation. A minimum of 30% of the Total to Pay is required within a maximum of 24 hours from the making of the pre-reservation. If not received within this time the pre-reservation is automatically cancelled.
Property Rental Deposit Required:
During special events, fairs, congresses and holidays the apartments may have: a surcharge, a minimum stay, an obligatory prepayment of 100%Booking: 10 euros; cleaning service: one-time fee of 80 euros for apartment-cleaning at the end of your stay;
Breakage or damage deposit: 300 euros as a guarantee for the flat that must be paid in cash on arrival, it will be returned at the end of the stay if no damage has been done.
Arrivals after 21:00Hs and Departures before 08:00Hs have to pay a surcharge of 30.00 euros (this surcharges must be paid to the receptionist in cash).
