Cancellation Policy:
1. If a client cancels more than 30 days prior to their arrival date, the cancellation charge will be 5% of the Down Payment amount.
2. If a client cancels between 30 - 7 days prior to their arrival date, the cancellation charge will be 50% of the Down Payment amount.
3. If a client cancels less than 7 days prior to their arrival date, the cancellation charge will be 100% of the Down Payment amount.
It is strongly recommended that clients purchase trip cancellation insurance. Any cancellation, including force majeure, must go by our clear and simple cancellation policy.
If for any reason beyond our own control, including force majeure, Flats By Days, S.L. should be unable to provide the client with the property he has booked, we do reserve the right to transfer him, upon agreement, to a similar property.
