Cancellation Policy:
General conditions to rent the boat<br>Boarding and disembarks: Between the Port of La Escala and the Port of Estartit. To express request of the client it is possible to be embarked in any wished port, having this an additional cost to the one of the rent.<br>Degree: It is not necessary to be in possession of the opportune license or nautical-sport title, because the boat is always rents with Capitan and sailor.
Number of passengers: the maximum clients on board are about 10 people for charter day and from 6 to 8 in case of spending night.
Insurance: The price of the rent includes the insurance of the boat (except the tax exemption) and the responsibility to third. It does not include the individual insurance nor of the personal effects.
Reserves and way of payment: In order for reservation, 50% of the total price of rent must be paid, in cash, nominative check, money order or transference. The rest will become one week before boarding time. The breach of the payments will suppose the cancellation of the charter. If by any other reason Odisea could not do the stipulated charter, it is committed to give back the amounts advanced without no other responsibility
Cancellations: the client who annuls a reserve will have to pay for indemnification the following amounts: 15 days ahead to the rent 5% of the total amount; before the 48 hours 20%; after the 48 previous hours 30%. The meteorological conditions will not be reason sufficient to annul the reserve. The cancellation of the reserve will only be accepted when the charter represents a danger according with Odisea criterion. Odisea can annuls the reserve only in case of greater force, between those its including the failure of the motor and Odisea exclusively takes responsibility to give back the totally amount of the reserve deposited previously.<br>Supplying - the expenses of supplying, fuel, moor and extras are in charge of the client (in charter day and ½ day are including). In case of spending night in the port of La Escala or Estartit (according to season) the mooring is free. An additional advance for the named expenses will be necessary, at the same time of the second payment. Once finalized the charter, the captain will present the statement of account to refund the rest or other pending pays.<br>Deposit - the client will have to deposit a guarantee to respond of any flaw or loss of any object. Despite if the resulting amount of anyone of the cases above named outside superior to the guarantee, the client is forced to pay the difference. The deposit will be given back to the client once verified the state of the boat.<br>Breakdowns - the boat is given in perfect state, if during the rent a very serious failure took place, non imputable to the renter, and it wouldn’t able to follow with the rent, Odisea will reimburse to the contractor the time no sailed. This election is exclusively to the good criterion of Odisea without other responsibilities.<br>It is prohibited -1- Subcontract the boat, -2- To transport merchandise or payment passengers, -3- Commercial fishing and to participate in boat races no decided, -4- Embark arms and narcotics, -5- Any other activity not included in the previous ones and prohibited by the law.<br>Good Trip!<br>
