Luxury townhouse on this prestigious golf and family resort of Polaris World.
Beautiful views with the most amazing sunsets.
Close to all the amenities on this gated resort.
18 fantastic swimming pools scattered around the complex with many in walking distance from our house,even the largest one eing just at the end of our road.
Our house is lovely and spacious with a seperate dining area that seats 6 guests which can be opened or closed using the glass curtains sliding method,for al fresco dining.
Upstairs from the bedroom you can access straight onto the terrace area and just take in the views with your morning cup of tea.This terrace has rattan outdoor furniture and a large parasol,also a bbq set.
On the top floor we provide sunbeds as you will get the sun all day.
Inside on the 3rd floor there is a comftable lounger that you can relax on out of the sun and read a book.
Free use of golf clubs and tennis raquets
free use of a travel cot
Golf course in a few minutes stroll,with all the bars and restaurants in the town centre.
