Bedroom 1: Double-aspect with a luxurious queen-size bed and direct access to the SW facing terrace and Jacuzzi spa via double glass doors. En-suite This sunny room has a round spa bath with power shower, two washbasins and a door to a separate toilet and bidet.
Bedroom 2: Twin beds that can be linked to form a super-king, wide glass doors onto a covered terrace catching the morning light.
Bedroom 3: Twin beds and south facing windows overlooking the pool.

Kitchen-breakfast Room
The large kitchen-breakfast room is ideal for sunny mornings. A fully-equipped Siematic kitchen with marble worktops, Siemens appliances and large serving bar to dining area.

Residents of Villa Gadea are entitled to use the spa amenities at the five star Melia Altea Hills Hotel (2kms) free of charge: gym, sauna, Jacuzzi, indoor and outdoor pools. Tennis, squash and golf are available at discounted rates.

In June 05, the five star Altea Beach Hotel, adjacent to Villa Gadea, will open and facilities will be available to our guests free of charge.

Villa Gadea is a secure development accessed through manned electronic gates, it has 24 on-site security. The apartment has video entry and remote control security shutters. There are lifts from private underground parking
