XAYMACA is a beautiful 19th C renovated country - village house, offering superb self-catering facilities for a vacation with family or friends. Located on the edge of the small quaint Spanish village of Benimeli, it is semi-surrounded by orange groves and low mountain ranges in the lush Rectoria Valley just 15 Kms inland from Denia on the Costa Blanca. Xaymaca can acommodate up to 8 people as it has four double ensuite bedrooms, each decorated with an individual theme, two spacious lounges, each with a woodburning fireplace and a dining room seating 10 people. The rustic style kitchen is fully equipped with all mod-cons and kitchen utensils for even the most demanding of cooks.
This vacation home has central heating, airconditioning, free WIFI service, sat TV, DVD, CD equipment, a library and plenty of local maps and information. The perfect blend of traditional architectural features (stone walls, high wooden beams, terracotta floors) and contemporary furniture has created a comfortable and homely atmosphere where our guests feel immediately at home. There is a large open air patio with a fountain surrounded by Mediterranean plants.
From the patio, a flight of steps leads up to the garden with its large private swimming pool, a covered porch and barbecue area and an ecological fruit orchard where guests can pick fruit when in season. This countrystyle vacation home has its own parking area and is within 2 mins walk of the village square.
There are beautiful sandy beaches only 12 mins drive away to the north of Denia. Beautifully decorated, with comfort in mind, on your arrival you will be personally greeted by the Anglo-Spanish owners, Jenny and Oswaldo, who will offer you a welcome basket and amenities, and a wealth of information on the area.
