XAYMACA is a beautiful 19th C renovated vacation home, offering a superb self-catering venue for families and friends. Located on the edge of the small quaint Spanish village of Benimeli, just 15 Kms inland from Denia on the Costa Blanca, it acommodates up to 8 people. Four double ensuite bedrooms, 2 spacious lounges and a dining room for 10 plus an independent kitchen, makes this spot a delight with all who have stayed here. They typical but large back patio boasts a fountain surrounded by plants. This area leads up to the garden, fruit orchard and large private swimming pool, where there is also a covered porch and barbecue area. The villa has its own parking area and is within easy reach of the village square. Best becahes are in Denia, only 20 mins drive away. Beautifully decorated, with comfort in mind, it is fully equipped with heating, air-con, fine bed and bath linens, welcome basket and amenities, plenty info on area, and a mid week clean and weekly linen change is included in the price. The owners Jennifer and Oswaldo are on hand to provide any information you may require.
