Cancellation Policy:
if cancelled before a month, there is a charge of 50% of the deposit, if under 1 month, no refund. Commissions for bank transfer is taken from the deposit.
Property Rental Deposit Required:
It is required an extra 100 euros for damage deposit, deposit that is returned if there are no damages to the flat nor lost keys (22 euros for a lost set of keys). Have to send 30% of the total amount (rent+damage deposti) by bank´s transfer or Western Union.
