This 4th floor attic apartment is situated in the centre of Valencia city. It overlooks a local produce market and you can see the Torres de Quart towers from the front balcony. Originally this was a 2 bedroom flat but it has been recently renovated to have one bedroom and a back living room with futon and balcony. The kitchen is small but perfectly equipped with dishwasher, stove and new fridge freezer. A large wooden dining table for 6 people The apartment has high beamed ceilings which keep it cool in the summer. You will also have access to the roof terrace.
This apartment is in the middle of the city so everything is within walking distance. The local metro station is 4 minutes walk away and this connects you to the airport/port/beach in 15 minutes.
