Cashew Villa is positioned to take full advantage of its own natural surroundings, with over two acres of lush gardens and its own private in-ground swimming pool, set into a patio area landscaped with tall trees and exotic native plants. Perched 200 feet above the turquoise Caribbean Sea on a promontory at the furthest end of a private estate road, the property is privately situated in an unparalleled location.

The La Toc, St Lucia vacation villa commands magnificent sunsets and sweeping 230-degree panoramic views up and down the West Coast from the mouth of Castries Harbor to Cul de Sac Bay. On a clear day one can easily view Martinique to the North. Gorgeous beaches, boating, water sports, tennis, golf, restaurants and entertainment - all very close at hand with Castries only a 15 minute car ride away. This charming vacation villa easily accommodates 4 people comfortably. There are 2 double bedrooms with bathrooms en suite - the master bathroom has a tub with a shower and the second bathroom has a shower. Both bedrooms have twin beds, which are easily converted into one comfortable king-size bed in each room.

A spacious and airy living/dining area opens out to a covered deck, a powder room and a fully equipped kitchen completes the accommodation. The villa is fully furnished - including all linens, a microwave, CD player and cable TV.

The Castries villa is on the main water line and also has its own reserve water tank. A pleasant breeze is present at most times and the house is fully screened and secure. The covered wooden deck brings the outside in, expanding the living area. The deck wraps around the house offering wonderful views and providing both shady and sunny areas all day long.

The staff consists of a maid who cleans, washes and does the housework 5 hours per day, Monday to Friday. She is also happy to assist in the kitchen and will cook if you provide the food and discuss the menu. She will also babysit by private arrangement. There is a gardener who comes weekly and the pool is serviced 3 times per week.
