The house is built on a plot of 3500m2 land inside the Palm Hill Golf Course. The "White House" as it is known locally, is a two storey building inspired by Georgian Colonial architecture. It has 6 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a number of very large reception -and living rooms, fully-equipped European kitchen as well as servants quarters detached from the main building.

In addition, there is a saltwater diving pool 17x8 meters in size as well as covered terrasses.

The property sits on the shore of a lake and is fenced in on the other 3 sides.
