2 Bungalows and 3 Pavilions will be offered as vacation rentals or retirement rentals in Baan Sammi Nature Resort. All lakefront houses are designed in a modern unpretentious 'Lanna' style and each of them has his own character. They are widely spaced from each other and surrounded by flower trees and bushes to secure privacy and quiet.

A detached bungalow (Plumeria Bungalow) plus a separate but nearby wooden pavilion (Khilek Pavilion). Bases concrete; walls of the bungalow are made of bricks and concrete blocks, one room (air-con) with cavity double wall for superior heat insulat­ion. The roofs of both bungalow and pavilion are in­sulated with foil against heat and have open­ings on the top of the roofs for air circulation.
ROOMS: The bungalow com­pris­ing 1 bed­room (with air-con plus ceil­ing fan), 1 bath­room with hot shower (electric), lavatory and Thai type toilette, 1 separate bath­room with Western type toilette and lavatory, 1 liv­ing and din­ing room (with ceiling fan), 1 kitchen (with re­frigerator, gas stove, micro­wave) and storage room, 1 separate small laundry room (with Thai-type washing machine). The pavilion up­stairs com­pris­ing 1 bed­room (with ceil­ing fan, lavatory and urinal) and 1 roofed and screened balcony (with re­frigerator and ceil­ing fan).
FURNITURE: Main furniture is two queen-sized beds (one each in the bungalow and pavilion) with mattresses (soft on one side and hard on the other), din­ing table, chairs, easy-chairs. To some extent, extra furniture (e.g. writ­ing table) can be in­cluded, and others taken out on request. The bed­room in­cludes a built-in ward­robe and a built-in room safe.
GARDEN: The privately used garden extends bet­ween the bungalow and the pavilion.
HOUSE INFRASTRUCTURE: Electricity (own meter), gas tank (15 kg), tap water (drink­able, own meter) and storage tank (200 liter), telephone line (for 2 rooms).
EXTRA HOUSE FACILITIES: Private tele­phone equip­ment, inter­net (ADSL and satellite) connec­tion, drink­ing water supply (bottles and tanks).
