Ban Khao, or 'The white house', is a 3 bedroom luxury hilltop villa, with panoramic views of Koh Phangan, Big Buddha bay, Bophut bay, and Chaweng beach. Set within a large walled garden covering over 1600 square metres, naturally landscaped with coconut palms and lawns, the villa is extremely secluded and private, yet only a 5 minute drive from Bophut Fisherman's village and beach. The large infinity edge pool overlooks the main view of Chaweng bay, and is flanked on three sides by a vast stone patio, with ample room for sunbathing in absolute privacy.

From the poolside patio, a covered veranda runs along the reception room, separated by a wide flight of three stairs. The veranda contains comfortable day beds and a 8 seat outdoor dining setting ideal for evening entertaining. Another short staircase leads from here to the private veranda of the master bedroom. The main entrance to the reception on the other side of the building is accessed through a Balinese style water garden, along large stepping stones. The reception is very light and airy, with four sets of wide sliding glass doors, and a high ceiling with suspended fans. The large, open plan reception room includes a fully equipped modern kitchen, separated by a breakfast bar, with an elegant polished black stone counter. A dining table seating eight is positioned in the centre of the room, with a stylish and comfortable sitting area. The master bedroom is located off the reception, directly adjacent to the pool. The master bedroom is tastefully furnished with a large teak day beds under the two large windows, and a king size bed. A generous dressing room with built-in wardrobes connects the large marble bathroom, with Jacuzzi tub and shower.

An open staircase leads off the reception to two double bedrooms; one twin, and one double, with an interconnected shared bathroom. The bathroom has twin wash basins, a sunken mosaic tub, and separate shower. Both bedrooms have views over Bophut and Big Buddha bays. Featured on UK Channel 4's 'A house in the sun' series, Ban Khao is a great value villa, with a large walled garden, ideal for families and couple alike, extremely private and secluded, with fantastic sea views.
