If you want to relax in a beautiful setting, away from the hustle and bustle of the big city and crowded tourist attractions, this modern condo just minutes from the ancient city of Assos is for you. Nestled in a private development with a private beach and surrounded by olive groves, this two-story condo offers tranquility and pristine vistas across the Bay of Edremit to the Greek Isle of Lesbos. The three bedroom condo comfortably sleeps five, with one master bedroom, two smaller bedrooms, and a spacious living room with a pull- out couch. The master bedroom offers a cozy double bed and French doors that open to an ocean view balcony, while each of the smaller bedrooms come with a twin bed and private balconies boasting hillside views. The condo has a full kitchen and two bathrooms, each with shower.

Assos is approximately a seven-hour drive from Istanbul and just over an hour from either Canakkale or Edremit (which can be reached via a short flight from Istanbul). Visitors can rent a car or take a bus from Istanbul or Edremit to Assos. Although taxis are readily available from Assos to the property, renting a car is highly recommended which will allow you to enjoy the region’s unique countryside, nearby wilderness areas, and abundant archaeological sites.

The condo is in a private development complex surrounded by olive groves and empty fields, where goatherds can be seen herding their goats. It is not unusual to awaken to the sound of goat bells ringing in the distance as the goatherds graze their herd in the early morning sunshine. Surrounded by dramatic rock cliffs, the private beach is about a five minute walk from the condo. The beach offers free lounge chairs and umbrellas, a dock, a roped-off swimming area in which swimming and snorkeling can be enjoyed, and a small concession stand from which food and drinks can be purchased during the day. Snorkeling equipment is available free from the condo. Fishermen visit the dock daily during the summer, offering their catch of the day to patrons craving a healthy dinner of grilled fish.
The property comes fully furnished, complete with refrigerator, gas stove, coffee maker, microwave, washing machine, modern kitchenware and CD player. The first floor is stylishly decorated with tile flooring, while the upstairs bedrooms boast hardwood floors. Enjoy the comfortable outdoor furniture on the covered patio, where an early breakfast, quick lunch, or romantic dinner is sure to offer an ocean breeze and views of fishing boats traveling to and from the Assos Harbor.
