Our holiday villas are located at the border of a clear and confortable holiday site 3km away from the village Ildir. This doublehouses ( double- or triple floored ) which will fit directly at the beach in addition to a panaromic view and a view to the sea.
One part of a double floored double house with 150 m2 of living area, an open terrace of 20 m2 at the panorama part, and a roofed terrace of 20m2 at the seaside including a brazier, open livingroom with sataliteTV, Grill, Washer, iron and iron board, coffee machine, 5 bedrooms (10 beds) open kitchen with refrigerator, heat and oven, bathroom with WC and bathtube and extra WC with shower and an open shower at the outside.
All Prices ( in Euro - € ) are given as a group price (For 4-5-6-7-8-9-10 Persons). The charges include electricity, water, gas, housekeeping and one set of bedding per person (At arrival). Towels have to be brought by the customer (could be rent).
Upon arrival a deposit of 100 - € will be charged for possible damages and/or the loss of keys. On perfect and damage free redelivery of the house the deposit will be returned to the customer.
Shopping 200/2000m , Restaurant 200/2000 m, Beach 50 m directly in front of the villas. 3km to the village of Ildir.alacati 15km, ilica 12km, 18km to Cesme, 75 km to Izmir. Busline to Ildir, Ilica and Cesme every 30 minutes. Busline to Izmir every hour. Car rental and transfer from and to the Airport to our villas is possible on request.

Basic price (for 1-4 person) is 390 € for high season, 250 € mid-season, 150 € for low-season. For each additional person we add 40 € in high season, 20 € in mid-season, 15 € in low-season.
25 % of the total amount should be paid as a downpayment to our account
