Holiday Villa Kadyanda is situated in an elevated position surrounded by pine forests with stunning views over the plateau and the nearby mountains. The Turquoise Coast offers everything that a holidaymaker could want, the friendliest of people, lovely beaches, all types of watersports, a variety of good restaurants, historical sites and a complete range of shopping experiences. We back this up with a luxurious detached villa fully equipped and furnished to an excellent standard including Wi-Fi Internet - an ideal holiday venue for extended families with children.
The villa can sleep 13 people in 5/6 bedrooms with 5 bathrooms and 3 living rooms and it has a lovely private pool and large Gym and Games/Fitness Room. A 1 mile walk takes you to the shops, restaurants and Friday market in traditional Uzumlu village. Dalaman Airport is 45 minutes and Calis beach is 20 minutes away.
From the villa entrance an arch leads to a fully equipped kitchen with all the facilities to cater for 13 people. Another arch leads into the lounge with a feature wood-burning fire, a further archway then leads into a separate dining room. Also on the ground floor there is a second lounge themed in an Ottoman style, the main lounge has satellite TV/DVD/CD and the second lounge has a stereo music system with iPod dock with a large library of films, music and games. All these rooms have access to the outside veranda with another dining area, both gas and charcoal BBQs and the private pool area. There is a toilet/shower room on this floor and both the ground floor and first floor and the spiral staircase are finished in local marble.
Downstairs is a large 650sq ft area for a Gym with cross-trainer, weights, punchbag, table tennis, darts, quoits and a Nintendo Wii with 40 games. There is also a bar area with surround sound theatre system and a toilet/shower room.
The first floor includes a master double bedroom with ensuite, another double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a large family bathroom. All these bedrooms have private sun terraces with stunning views and are fully equipped with local hand made furniture. The top floor has a large family bedroom with a hidden sun terrace, a twin bedroom and a large toilet/shower room. All rooms are fully air-conditioned and all the double bedrooms have king size beds.

The bustling port of Fethiye is only 10 miles away and can be reached by the regular Dolmus minibuses or hire a car and the local roads are excellent and the driving is easy. The famous resort of Olu Deniz with its sandy beaches and sheltered Blue Lagoon and the main centre for paragliding is a short distance from Fethiye as is Hisaronu with lively night clubs, restaurants and bars. Further away on the road to Kas and Kalkan is Patara Beach with an unspoilt 7 mile sandy beach. The nearest beach to the villa is Calis Beach which is a pleasant 20 minute drive from the villa.
SPECIALIST WATER SPORT TUITION COURSES are offered in Kitesurfing, Sailing and Scuba Diving. These are available locally over 3-5 days and are run by experienced instructors. Participants are collected and returned to the villa at the end of each day and qualifications are provided on completion of a course.
GYM AND GAMES ROOM in a 650sqft area with darts, quoits, table tennis, weights, punchbag and cross-trainer. There is also a toilet/shower room and a bar area with a Nintendo Wii and a surround sound theatre system -ideal for the more energetic members of your party!

The rates are for the whole villa for 1 week, if you book for 2013 by 31/12/2012 deduct 10%. Parties of 6 people or less can stay outside the peak season for a 15% discount. Return transfers from Dalaman Airport can be arranged and also vehicle rental.
