Villa Kadyanda is situated in an elevated position surrounded by pine forests with stunning views over the plateau and the nearby mountains. The Turquoise Coast offers everything that a holidaymaker could want, the friendliest of people, lovely beaches, all types of watersports, a variety of good restaurants, historical sites and a complete range of shopping experiences. We back this up with a luxurious detached villa fully equipped and furnished to an excellent standard. The villa can sleep 12 people in 5 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms and 3 living rooms and it has a lovely private pool and large Games Room. A short walk takes you to the shops, restaurants and daily market in traditional Uzumlu village. Dalaman Airport is 1 hour away and Calis beach is 20 minutes away.
From the villa entrance an archway leads to a fully equipped kitchen with all the facilities to cater for 12 people. Another archway leads into the lounge with a feature wood-burning fire, a further archway then leads into a separate dining room. Also on the ground floor there is another lounge themed in an Ottoman style. Both the lounge and Ottoman room are equipped with satellite TV/DVD/CD and also a PlayStation 2 with a large library of films, music and games. All these rooms have access to the outside veranda with another dining area, a BBQ and the private pool area. There is a toilet/shower room on this floor and both the ground floor and first floor and the spiral staircase are finished in local marble. The first floor includes a master double bedroom with ensuite, another double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a large family bathroom. All these bedrooms have private sun terraces with stunning views and are fully equipped with local hand made furniture. The top floor has a large family bedroom with a hidden sun terrace, a twin bedroom and a large toilet/shower room. All rooms are fully air-conditioned and all the double bedrooms have king size beds.

The rates are for the whole villa for 1 week, if you book 6 months ahead deduct 10%. Parties of 6 people or less can stay for 2 weeks outside the Peak Season for a 15% discount. Return transfers from Dalaman Airport can be arranged and also vehicle rental.
