Since Lavenda Breeze is situated right on the beach, you will walk out your door to the best swimming and snorkeling in the BVI. Or you can sit on the covered deck and relax or read, always protected from the tropical sun, while you watch the waves break on the reef. At night watch an occasional cruise ship or tanker pass by silently on the horizon.

The 360 degree deck affords a view for miles without any other houses in sight. It is truly a feeling of being on "the edge of the earth," "out of this world," in paradise!

ADDITIONAL BEDROOMS

In addition to the master bedroom are two additional charmingly furnished bedrooms, each with ocean views. The larger has twin beds that can be attached to make a king-sized bed. The smaller room has a queen-sized sofabed. Each has its own bathroom and outdoor shower, fans, desk, ample closet, bedding, and bath and beach towels.

Weekly rental rates
$3,500.00 per week.
Additional nights: $500.00

Price includes cleaning.
In addition, there is always a 7% government accommodations tax.

Shorter stays than 7 nights may be possible, depending on availability. Call or e-mail for rates.
Longer stays than 7 nights are always welcome.

During the Christmas/New Years (2010/2011) time period the rate is $650 per day for the entire house with a minimum stay of 10 days (ie. $6,500). Additional days during this time period are at the regular published rate (as above).

The house can accommodate a maximum of six guests.
