Cancellation Policy:
Deposit Required: Deposits: Unless otherwise stated, we require a 3 day deposit to secure all reservations which is only refundable if 28 days notice of cancellation is received by hotel. If all or any nights of the reservation are cancelled less than 28 days prior to arrival, the deposit is not refundable for any 3 nights of the reservation unsold by the hotel. For December 20 to January 5, we requere full pre-payment to secure reservation and a 45 days notice of cancellation. By shorter notice, refund only on nights resold.
We will allow penalty-free cancellations related to the outbreak of war or certain terrorist attacks - within 30 days of such an event. Guests will be able to postpone their plans for up to 1 year from the original arrival date. We certainly will also evaluate every individual cancellation with the utmost consideration, to assure that guests do not suffer financially if these events should occur.
