Casa Serena has 2 separate, independent units, side by side, each with 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, living area with fully equipped kitchen, a covered porch facing our beach, a lovely garden and of course, we are right on the best swimming beach in Rincon. The 2 units can be rented separately or together. Casa Tamara is next door if you have a larger group or want a 3 bedroom house.
Casa Serena has air conditioning in the living area as well as every bedroom (which is very unusual), ceiling fans throughout, cable TV, DVD, CD, full fridge, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, all pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, glasses, wine glasses, washer and dryer, hair dryer, private off street parking, barbeque and a lovely garden for relaxing and eating outside. The 2 units can be rented separately, accommodating 4 people in each, or together for 8 people. Casa Tamara is next door, if you have a bigger group.
