The Inn at Martineau Bay offers many different amenities to assure your comfort during your stay in Vieques. Guests at The Enchanted Garden can rent the entire house or the studio unit.
The main house includes (6) bedrooms and can sleep up to 12 people.
Due to the flexible floor plan, the house can also be divided into two separate private apartments.
* On the second floor, there is a (3) bedroom apartment with sitting room, full bath and full kitchen.
* On the first floor, there is a (2) bedroom apartment with a formal living room, dining area, full bath and a fully appointed kitchen.
There is also a small private studio/cottage with its own bathroom and kitchenette.

Cancellation Policy:
There is a cancellation fee of 15% of total stay. If notification of cancellation is received at least 4 weeks prior to arrival date, and the house/unit can be rented to another party for your reservation period, the deposit will be refunded less the 15% cancellation fee. In the event of a late cancellation and the house/unit can not be re-booked, the deposit will not be refunded
Property Rental Deposit Required:
50% at time of booking.
For protection against extreme property damage, a credit card imprint is required of guests on arrival or a money order for $500. In case of minimal or no damage, the credit card slip or money order will be returned to guests within 30 days of departure.
