All this with an entrance to a 20' high atrium. Our Vieques villa is nestled on over an acre of manicured lawn with an electric remote controlled gate. Two minutes to the ocean and center of town. Washer, Dryer, Dishwasher, Stereo, Cable TV, DVD player, A/C and Pool overlooking the Caribbean. There is a gas grill and an icemaker. Great for Photo shoots, weddings or weekend getaways. And, there are plentiful limón trees for a delectable addition to drinks and food. The many murals painted throughout the house are by a well-known artist from NY, who is available for any genre of art projects

The pristine beauty of Vieques is readily apparent from the time you first see her on your initial air or sea approach. There is an abundance of white sand and sun, and a year round temperature that rarely drops below 78°. The island dress is casual and most of the restaurants are open-air. There are local car rentals available, but you needn't feel restricted without one, as there are Publicos (taxis) and bicycles available as well.
